What is an authoring account, and who is it for?
An authoring account is necessary to write and design projects, which then become available to publish and deliver through various methods. Instructors and students do not need authoring accounts. Instructors will build courses through their LMS, and students will interact with that course either through institutions or as independent learners.
Authors are those who write, assemble, review, and create the projects that will be used to create course materials by instructors, students, and independents.
